Account Assignments ASR Nationwide is aware of the necessary changes in technology that are crucial to the collateral recovery industry. We have taken steps to accommodate for those changes, that's why we offer several different options for you to choose from when forwarding an account. You may fax, email, or visit us here on the Internet. Once the assignment is received, our courteous staff will be available to assist in servicing and updating your account. Our office will provide an update on the account within the first 48 hours and every 72 hours following. We can provide updates online, by phone, via fax or email, depending on your preference. If you choose to access your accounts online, you may click on account access at the Left of this page, and log in using the username and password that will be provided for you. In today's competitive market, we have found that a flat rate fee schedule is the best course for both parties, thus no hidden charges (i.e. Mileage). You will find that we have the most competitive prices in the industry along with the years of experience that are necessary to achieve the quality of service we provide for you, our valued client. Collection Methods We understand that repossession is the last resort for a creditor. That's why our Agents are trained and up to date with all state and federal collection laws and regulations (i.e. Gramm-Leech-Bliley Act, The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act). We are more than happy to make field visits to collect past due payments or complete a vehicle condition report and pictures. Recovery Methods ASR Nationwide offers damage-free collateral recovery on all units. We work with state-of-the-art equipment, including the Dynamic and Century wheel-lifts and the Curtis Key Machine. This is to assure our clients that we understand the importance of securing their collateral in a harmless and timely manner. Skip Tracing Available upon request. Accounts will not be skipped without the Client's pre-approval and authorization. There is a "No Hit, No Fee" Policy on all accounts in our Skip Dept.
